摘要
Abstract
Relying on basic public health service and cluster sampling method,we have randomly selected 9 community committees and 6 village committees by random number table method in Baqiao District,Xi'an City in April,2016.Tuberculosis screening was conducted for those elderly people over 65 years of age,including tuberculosis suspicious symptoms screening and chest X-ray examination.We also conducted Sputum Mycobacterium tuberculosis smear for those with tuberculosis suspicious symptoms or abnormal chest X-ray.There were in total 2053 elderly people over 65 years of age that have received tuberculosis screening.The results showed 115 cases with tuberculosis suspicious symptoms (5.60％) and 85 cases with cough/expectoration (4.14％).After the comprehensive analysis,27 cases of active pulmonary tuberculosis were diagnosed and detected.The detection rate was 1.32％.This has demonstrated that carrying out tuberculosis screening for elderly population over 65 years of age based on basic public health services is effective measure,in improving the detection rate of tuberculosis patients,exploring the special group of patients,and improving the level of comprehensive prevention and treatment of tuberculosis.关键词
