VirtualLab Fusion对SNOM光纤探针内部光场分布的仿真
Simulation of optical distribution inside of SNOM optical probes with VirtualLab Fusion
摘要
Abstract
To study the property of light guiding of SNOM optical probes,a simulation of the optical distribution inside of SNOM optical probes was made with VirtualLab Fusion.The results showed that the optical distribution was stable patterns and had a peak-valley structure along the optical axis inside of the optical probe.The maximum peak was located at 120 nm in front of the exit-end of the probe and varied with the thickness of the aluminum outside of the probe.When the thickness of the aluminum varied,the maximum peak decreased firstly,then increased,and finally kept stable.In addition,the maximum peak had a sine variation with the source polarization.关键词
