基于坐标法的特大齿轮螺旋线偏差计算方法研究
A coordinate method of spiral deviation of super-large gears
摘要
Abstract
We proposed a method of calculating the helix error of super-large gears and established the corresponding mathematical model.The coordinate measuring machine was used to measure a helical cylindrical gear to get its tooth surface coordinate values.The helix deviation was calculated and compared with the result of the gear measuring center.That the error between the proposed method and the gear center's measurement was less than 14 μm.The result shows that the proposed method can be applied in the determination of super-large gear axis and the calculation of helix deviation.关键词
