摘要

Abstract

The detection efficiency of the manual measurement method of brake pad size is low and the measurement result is easily affected by human factors.To improve the detection efficiency and precision of brake pad size,this paper presented an automatic detection device based on machine vision.The detection device principle,its mechanical structure as well as the electrical control system and image processing system were introduced.The PLC was used to control the blanking,transmission,detection,elimination and recovery of brake pads.The results show that the detection efficiency of the device is significantly higher than that of the manual detection method with a dynamic detection accuracy of 0.02 mm.
