Abstract
Allelopath,a new weapon in the competition between invasive plants and native plants,plays an active role in the invasion of alien plants.In this study,the effect of the aqueous extracts and the potential allelopathy chemicals of Amaranthus spinosus L.on rice seed germination,seedling growth and antioxidant system were studied.The results showed that the aqueous extracts imposed strong inhibition on rice seed germination.The potential allelochemicals inhibited the root growth of rice seedlings significantly.The oleanolic acid and β-sitosterol might have played an essential role in the process of oxidation stress in rice seedlings caused by aqueous extracts.关键词
