鸡组织滴虫病的病理学诊断
PATHOLOGICAL DIAGNOSIS OF HISTOMONIASIS IN CHICKEN
摘要
Abstract
Pathological diagnosis of histomoniasis was performed for sick chickens based on survey,clinical signs and tissue lesions.The sick chickens that were sent to Yangzhou University animal hospital looked weak and had loose stools on bellies.Livers swelled with necrosis in different sizes and ceca also swelled with caseous emboli at necropsy.Under the microscope,a large number of eosinophilic histomonas and eosnophils were observed in livers and ceca.These observations demonstrated that these sick chickens were infected with histomonias meleagridis.关键词
