摘要

Abstract

The operation performance rating of simply supported box beam with common span is divided into 3 categories:the periodic rating of sampling bridge,the rating of speed-increase bridge,the rating of bridge with abnormal operation state or major defect and damage based on the analysis of the measured data and related research on the dynamic performance of bridge for high speed railway in China.The natural vibration characteristics,vertical stiffness (deflection and rotation angle at girder end) and vertical dynamic response of beam are specified as the vertical evaluation parameters,while the lateral amplitude of beam and pier,relative lateral displacement of rail support on both sides of adjacent girder ends of ballastless track are specified as the lateral evaluation parameters for rating the operation performance of simply supported box beam.According to the statistical analysis on the measured data of bridge dynamic performance by the testing and commissioning of high speed railway with the reliability of 97.5%,the suggested ordinary values of main parameters of simply supported box beam with the span of 19.5 to 39.1 m under 250 and 350 km · h-1 high-speed train operation speed are put forward:the vertical natural frequency of vibration is 5.0 to 8.4 and 5.5 to 9.9 Hz respectively,the vertical damping ratio is 2.0% to 3.5%,the ratio of deflection to span is 1/12 000 to 1/4 800 and 1/11 000 to 1/7 200 respectively,the vertical rotation angle at girder end is 0.30‰ to 0.65‰ and 0.25‰ to 0.45‰ rad respectively,the vertical and lateral amplitude at the midspan of beam is 0.20 to 0.35 and 0.10 to 0.15 mm respectively,the vertical vibration acceleration at the midspan of beam is 0.25 to 0.40 m · s-2,the lateral amplitude at pier top is chosen as the ratio of the height of pier and the lateral average width of the pier in the range of 0.5 to 4.2,the relative lateral displacement of rail support on both sides of adjacent girder ends of ballastless track is 0.5 mm.Suggestions on the test method for the evaluation parameters of operation performance are proposed for prestressed concrete simply supported box beam.
