Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative application of Cantharis Acid Sodium Vitamin B6 Injection on recurrence and metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and the prognosis of the patients. Methods Thirty-eight cases of NSCLC confirmed by neddle biopsy or bronchoscopic biopsy were randomly divided into treatment group (22 cases) and control group (16 patients). The patients in the treatment group were given Cantharis Acid Sodium Vitamin B6 Injection for 5 days, while those in the control group were injected with normal saline. Double antibody sandwich ELISA was used to detect the concentration of serum vascular endothelial growth factor (s-VEGF) before and after treatment. Results Preoperative use of Cantharis Acid Sodium Vitamin B6 Injection significantly reduced the s-VEGF level in the treatment group compared to the control group ( p< 0.05). Conclusions Preoperative use of Cantharis Acid Sodium Vitamin B6 Injection can reduce the s-VEGF level, inhibit recurrence and metastasis of NSCLC and improve the surgery efficacy.关键词
