保留肾单位手术在老年患者中的应用分析
Clinical analysis of nephron-sparing surgery for elderly patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the safety and effect of nephron-sparing surgery for localized renal cell carcinoma in elderly patients. Methods A total of 76 elderly patients with renal cell carcinoma underwent nephron-sparing surgery from January 2013 to June 2014. Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. The changes of renal function before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results The operation was performed successfully in all the 76 cases. No serious complications occurred after surgery. The postoperative follow-up ranged from 14 to 33 m with a mean of 21 m. Only 1 case underwent radical nephrectomy because of local recurrence 12 m after operation. Compared to the preoperative level, there was no significant difference in serum creatinine or urea nitrogen level 24 h, 3 m, 6 m, 12 m and 18 m after operation (p > 0.05). The glomerular filtration rate was not significantly different before and after operation (p > 0.05). Conclusions Nephron-sparing surgery is safe and effective for the treatment of renal cell carcinoma and especially indicated for elderly patients with localized renal cell carcinoma.关键词
