CT guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation against lung cancer: operation cooperation and nursing
摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the CT guided radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of lung cancer operation cooperation and nursing. Method 200 cases of lung cancer patients with 206 lesions were treated with radiofrequency ablation therapy from January 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital, all patients were summarized retrospectively for operation cooperation and nursing. Result The diameter range was 1.0 ~ 13.5 cm, the average diameter was 4.2 cm. Radiofrequency ablation time range was 15 ~ 120 minutes, average ablation time was 39.3 minutes. No operation related death happened. Conclusion Percutaneous radiofrequency ablation under CT guidance is safe and feasible in the treatment of lung cancer, preoperative preparation and communication, intraoperative cooperation and nursing and timely intervention are key factors for successful operation.关键词
