电梯系统垂直振动减振策略分析
Analysis of Vertical Vibration Reduction Strategy for Elevator System

Abstract
With a traction type elevator as the research object, the vertical resonance induced by rotating imbalance of the traction machine is studied. Dynamic equation of vibration for the elevator system is established. Matlab programming is applied to get the variation range of the natural frequencies of the system. It is found that the natural frequency of the elevator system and the vibration frequency of the traction machine are almost equal after 30 s elevator operating. Thus, an improvement strategy to transform the natural frequency of the system through reducing the stiffness of the rubber isolation pad is proposed. Afterwards, the rubber isolation pad is replaced by a rubber spring with the same stiffness. The simulation results show that the natural frequency of the improved elevator system is always kept away from the excitation frequency of the traction machine and the resonance is avoided effectively. This improvement strategy is proved to be available.关键词
