摘要

Abstract

To explore optimal raising seedling patterns of flue-cured tobacco in tobacco rice rotation fields of Hunan province,the effect of different raising seedling patterns on activities of antioxidant enzyme of flue-cured tobacco during field condition was studied.The results showed that:(1) the activities of SOD and POD in flue-cured tobacco showed a similar "drop-ascend-drop" tendency during field condition.The activity of CAT in flue-cured tobacco showed a similar " drop-ascend-drop-ascend" tendency during field condition.All of the activity of APX and GR in flue-cured tobacco showed a similar "ascend-drop" tendency during field condition.(2) CAT,POD,APX and GR of flue-cured tobacco showed the highest activity in vigorous growing period.SOD showed the highest activity in topping period.Anti-oxidative enzymatic system showed the lowest activity in mature period.This indicated that the antioxidant enzyme activity of flue cured tobacco was the highest in fast growing period,and it was the lowest in mature period.(3) The differences between the activities of antioxidant enzyme of flue-cured tobacco during field condition under different raising seedlings patterns were significant (p < 0.01),and the flue-cured tobacco that using the two-stages seeding approach showed high activi ties of antioxidant enzyme during field condition,which make it relatively strong stress resistance.
