Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Thunder-Fire moxibustion in treatment of postpartum urinary retention and to summarize the related nursing measures. Methods A total of women with postpartum urinary retention were randomly divided into the observation group (n=32) and the control group (n=30). Both two groups received routine nursing care and induced urination intervention, and the Thunder-Fire moxibustion was carried out in the observation group. the clinical effect was evaluated and compared between two groups. Results The overall effective rate was 96.9％(31/32) in the observation group and was 80.0％(24/30) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Thunder-Fire moxibustion is potentially effective in treatment of postpartum urinary retention. It is required to take intervention on mental state and micturition behavior.关键词
