芦荟配方颗粒质量标准研究
Quality Standard for Aloe Dispensing Granule
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish the quality standard for aloe dispensing granule.Methods:Aloe dispensing granule dispensing granules was qualitatively identified by TLC.The extract content was determined by a hot dipping method for the determination of alcohol-soluble extract.The content of aloin in this preparation was determined by HPLC.Results:The chromatographic characteristics for TLC identification were distinct and highly specific.The extraction limit no less than 17.0％ was drawn up.The aloin content could be determined by HPLC.The linear relationship of aloin from 0.161 2-1.612 0 μg,the average recovery was 98.48 ％ (RSD =0.53％,n =6).The content limit no less than 16.0 mg· g-1 was drawn up.The moisture,melting,particle size of Aloe dispensing granule meet the requirements of granules in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion:The method is feasible with good reproducibility and can control the quality of aloe dispensing granules effectively.关键词
