Research Progress in Equivalence Study of TCM Dispensing Granule and Traditional Herbal Decoction

Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) dispensing granule is an attempt to reform the traditional herbal decoction,with no need to boiling,easy to adjust,easy to take.Although the study of TCM dispensing granule have been 20 years,the equivalence of TCM dispensing granule and traditional herbal decoction still lack depth and systematic comparative study,it is difficult to develop a scientific and standardized quality standard system of TCM dispensing granule,the production of TCM dispensing granule is still in the pilot phase.In this paper,the equivalence study of TCM dispensing granule and traditionai herbal decoction with chemical compositions,pharmacodynamics and clinical curative effects were reviewed to provide reference for the clinical application of TCM dispensing granule.关键词
