茜草炭抗雌二醇致大鼠出血倾向的活性部位研究
Study on Active Parts from Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma (carbonized) in Rats with Estradiol Induced Bleeding Tendency

Abstract
Objective:To diseuss the hemostasis of the different polarities of Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma (carbonized) on the dysfunctional uterine bleeding rat model.Methods:The SD rats were divided into seven groups.The rats in the control group were fed with CMC-Na for 3 weeks,the other groups were fed with estradiol valerate for 3 weeks.Gong Xue Ning was taken as the positive control drug.The rats in the control group and model group were fed with CMC-Na for 7 days,and the rats in other groups were fed with corresponding drugs simultaneously.The influence of the different polarities of carbonized Rubia cordifolia compound to dyfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB) rat’s hemorheology,coagulation system,fibrinolytic system,tissue morphology and platelet system.Results:Compared with the control group,the model group could reduce the whole blood viscosity in each shear rate (P <0.01) and prolong the TT,PT,APTT (P < 0.05,P < 0.01),increase the FIB,6-keto-PGF1α content and ADP% (P < 0.01),and decrease the TXB2.Compared with the model group,ethyl acetate and butanol extract group could increase the whole b--lood viscosity in each shear rates (P < 0.05,P < 0.01),shorten the TT,PT,APTT (P<0.05,P<0.01),decrease the content of FIB,6-keto-PGF1α and ADP% (P<0.05,P<0.01),and increase the TXB2,while petroleum ether and water extract groups gave no significant effect.Conclusion:Ethyl acetate extract is the active part of Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma (carbonized),showing the effect of hemostasis by reducing the low whole blood viscosity,improving coagulation function mainly and ameliorating the function of platelet aggregation.关键词
