摘要
Abstract
Objective:Antimicrobial activity against Propionibacterium aches and whitening effect of extract of Eleutherococcus trifoliatus were studied to assay the bioactivities.Methods:Antimicrobial activity against P.acnes was evaluated by MIC.Whitening effect was tested by the tyrosinase inhibitory activity in B16 cell.Results:The MIC of ethanol extract and water extract were 2.5 mgo mL-1,5 mgo mL-1,respectively.Water extract had good tyrosinase inhibitory activity,while ethanol extract showed no effect.Conclusion:Ethanol extract had stronger activity than water extract in antimicrobial against P.acnes,but water extract had good tryosinase inhibitory activity.关键词
