Abstract

Objective:To optimize extraction technology of Fufang Baishaochangkang Granules.Methods:Taking content of paeoniflorin and dry extract rate as evaluation index,orthogonal test was employed to investigate effects of the amount of water,extraction time and times on water extraction process.With contents of magnolol and dry extract rate as evaluation index,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize ethanol extraction process with ethanol concentration,ethanol amount,extraction time and times.Content of paeoniflorin and magnolol were determined by HPLC.Results:Optimum water extraction conditions were as follows:decocted twice with 10 times the volume of water 1.5 h per time.Extracting amount of paeoniflurin was 24.28 mg·g-1,dry extract rate was 34.05%.Optimal alcohol extraction conditions were as follows:extracted twice with 8 times the amount of 60% ethanol for 1.5h each time;Extracting amount of magnolol was 11.14 mg·g-1,dry extract rate was 19.71%.Conclusion:The optimized extraction process was stable and feasible which could provide a reference for rational development of Fufang Baishaoc hangkang Granules.
