Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for quality control of Tiandicongrong Spirit.Methods:HPLC was performed on C1s column at 35 ℃ with detection wavelength at 330 nm,using methanol-0.1％ methane acid as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.Results:A good linear relationship is obtained between 0.0255 mg·mL-1 to 0.612 mg·mL 1 of echinacoside (r =0.999 9).The recovery is 100.59％ (RSD =1.90％).Conclusion:A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method,which is relatively simple,rapid and effective for echinacoside determination in Tiandicongrong Spirit,has been developed.With this method,the peak of echinacoside could be separated completeiy from other interfering components in the spirit.关键词
