摘要

Abstract

Cu-Fe alloys have the characteristic of high-strength and high conductivity and have a wide range of applications in many fields.The manufacture methods of Cu-Fe alloys mainly include mechanical alloying,rapidly solidified and composite method,while the cost of those methods is high,and it is hard to obtain the Cu-Fe alloys with high-strength and high conductivity.Based on the characteristic of electrodeposition and heat treatment,the method of electrodeposition to manufacture Cu-Fe alloys will be the main development direction of the future research,and has a good prospect.
