Study on Wear Resistance of Fe-C-B Alloy
摘要
Abstract
In the same impact working condition,the wear resistance of Fe-C-B alloy was studied by using MLD-10 impact abrasive wear testing machine and compared with widely used high chromium cast iron.In the same condition,analyzing impact wear resistance of two kinds of materials,the brittleness,worn surface morphology of Fe-C-B samples were discussed.The results show that the wear resistance of the Fe-C-B alloy with certain composition is equivalent of hypoeutectic high chromium cast iron,and it is close to hypereutectic high chromium cast iron.Wear surface is mainly plastic micro-ploughing,micro cutting and other different ways of wear and tear.关键词
