摘要

Abstract

Low cycle fatigue and extremely low cycle fatigue tests of Q345R steel were conducted according to the actual working conditions and anti-seismic safety design.The fatigue tests were conducted on MTS-809 fatigue test system under uniaxial tension-compression loading with steady strain control.Typical hysteresis loops and cyclic stress-strain curves were obtained.It is found that Q345R steel is cyclic hardening material compared with its tensile stress-strain curve.Regression analysis was performed to identify fatigue property parameters as well as the ε-Nf curves to provide bases for the anti-seismic design and fatigue-life prediction of pressure vessel.
