阳极氧化铝模板制备过程探究
Exploration of Preparation Process for Anodic Alumina Template
摘要
Abstract
In order to realize the effective control of hole spacing and the pore diameter of porous anodic alumina template,find out the influence factors on aperture size and table neat degree,and obtain simple and feasible preparation methods with high success rate and high order,the existing two-step anodic oxidation method and electrochemical polishing technology were explored.By improving the pretreatment process,adjusting parameters such as oxidation time and electrolyte temperature,the surface morphology changing process of aluminium samples was characterized.The results show that the alkaline wash process and electrochemical polishing before oxidation pretreatment technology can significantly improve the hole neat degree of the anodic alumina template,increase the area out of the hole and improve the success rate of the preparation.关键词
