摘要

Abstract

The microstructure and corrosion behavior of Q345E steel for construction machinery were studied.The corrosion behavior of Q345E steel under different immersion periods was studied by means of mass loss method,polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The results show that the Q345E steel is ferrite + pearlite and a small amount of widmanstatten structure.With the extension of soaking time,the corrosion rate gradually increases,and then with the reaction of corrosion,loss of corrosion products causes corrosion rate decrease.The surface corrosion products of the steel mainly is Fe (OH)2 and Fe (OH)3.The test results of surface corrosion morphology and corrosion rate,polarization curve and impedance spectrum are consistent in.
