阀螺钉冷挤压凸模断裂失效分析
Fracture Failure Analysis on Male Die for Valve Screw in Cold Extrusion
摘要
Abstract
Aimed at the problem of male die fracture in cold extrusion for valve screw,through macroscopic observation of fracture,fatigue characteristics was found.The simulation software Deform 2D/3D was used to analyze force loading status of the die,the results show that high stress exists in arc transition region.The equivalent stress is 2 930 MPa,which is higher than die material bending strength (2 500 MPa),it is the key reason for brittle fracture.In order to avoid stress concentration,a combined male die was design.The simulation shows that stress concentration disappeared.A testing male die was designed according improved scheme,the hardness of the male die is 62 HRC in testing.The premature failure problem of the male die was solved effectively.关键词
