摘要

Abstract

The structure and properties of cemented carbide was studied by Archimedes method,scanning electron microscope,universal testing machine and Vivtorinox hardness test.The results show that with the increase of sintering temperature,the densification of WC cemented carbide is higher,and the grain growth is not uniform after the sintering temperature of 1 300 ℃.When the sintering temperature is below 1 300 ℃,the relative density increases significantly with the increase of sintering temperature.When the sintering temperature is above the 1300 ℃,the relative density is not changed.The flexural strength of WC cemented carbides increases first and then decreases with the increase of sintering temperature,and reaches 1 920 MPa at 1 300 ℃.The fracture toughness are 8.1 MPa ·m12 and 9.6 MPa·m12 at the sintering temperature of 1 200 ℃ and 1 250 ℃,respectively,and reaches to 10.4 MPa·m12 at the sintering temperature of 1 300 ℃.
