摘要

Abstract

The slab with cross-section size of 850 mm×200 mm,1 150 mm×200 mm and 1 400 mm× 200 mm was conducted as 1∶1 physical simulation.The distribution of internal flow field and slag powder in crystallizer and the surface fluctuation situation were studied through changing structure of submersed nozzle.The results show that when the cross-section of 850 mm×200 mm,the variance of two-hole and three-hole outlet level amplitude are 0.27 and 0.03,a difference of about 10 times.But the three-hole nozzle effectively reduces the drift phenomenon by the flow field pattern.When the cross-section of 1 150 mm×200 mm,the recirculation zone can be formed in 3 s,the area of the recirculation zone has covered 2/3 of two-hole outlet,the protection area of the slag covers 4/5 of the molten steel surface and presents fluctuating situation.While the covered area of recirculation zone is only 1/5 of three-hole outlet,fluxes completely coveres and the surface fluxes fluctuations is not obvious.Therefore,the two-hole outlet is super to the three-hole outlet,and the slag powder is easier to melt flux.
