Abstract
In order to solve the problems of porosity,inclusions,cracks,deep chilled layer or no chilled layer in the alloy chilled cast iron roll castings in production process,reduce the rejection rate,improve production efficiency and production quality,the alloy rollers were produced using the self-hardening furan resin sand production line.Production Practice show that the process of furan resin sand can simplify operation process,improve production efficiency,shorten production cycle,improve the quality of the products.关键词
