Abstract
Alkaline phenolic resin sand as a new sand core binder are widely used in the production of steel castings due to free N,P,S and other elements in its binder and curing agent.The production process of alkali phenolic resin sand used for self-hard low-temperature wind power castings of ductile iron show that,compared with furan resin sand,the alkali phenolic resin sand has the advantage of the cost of equivalent,but more environmentally friendly in the production of wind power castings of low-temperature ductile iron.关键词
