摘要

Abstract

The application of digital image technology in detection of casting surface roughness was studied.The surface image of roughness standard sample was shot by CCD camera.After digital image conversion,image preprocessing,and middle finger filtering,the image was enhanced by using correlation function.Four characteristic parameters of the histogram mean value m,σ2,power spectral radius of R,and image energy intensity E were detected.The results show that these four feature parameters can be used as an important reference for the detection of the casting roughness.
