Thermal Processing Maps and High Temperature Deformation Behavior of GH4169 Revert Alloy
摘要
Abstract
Based on the data of thermal simulation compression tests,the processing maps of the GH4169 revert alloy were established according to the dynamic materials model (DMM).The effects of adding revert material on thermal deformation behavior of GH4-169 alloy were studied by oxygen and nitrogen elemental analyzing and SEM analyzing.The results show that there are three zones of dynamic recrystallization of GH4169 revert alloy in the region with moderate and low strain rates;the instability zones of the alloy is at the strain rate of 10-25s-1~ls-1 and the temperature of 900~1 150 ℃;the addition of the revert material makes the content of N and O elements increase,forming a large number of micro porosity,which bccomc thc sourcc of cracking and lcad to a flow instability during high tcmpcraturc dcformation.关键词
