摘要

Abstract

Surface anodic oxidation on 2024 alloy,6063 alloy and 7075 alloy were carried out,and the effect of current density,glacial acetic acid concentration and anodic oxidation time on the microhardness and heat resistance of the heat-treated surface oxide film was studied.The results show that the thermal cracking performances of the surface oxide film on 6063 alloy and 7075 alloy arc equal to that on 2024 alloy.The microhardness of the surface film on 6063 alloy is highest,whereas it is lowest on 2024 alloy.The difference in hardness is related to the different porosity and wall thickness of hole in the surface films.
