摘要

Abstract

The phase composition of the aluminum alloy of as-cast,T6 heat treatment and casting quenching after ageing state.mainly is Al,Al2Cu,Si and AlFeMnSi,the temperature range of the aluminum alloy has a greater influence on the thermal fatigue crack initiation life,the thermal fatigue life is the longest after T6 heat treatment,while is the shortest in as-cast.The thermal fatigue crack experiences three periods,that is,the formation of oxidation layer,the formation of micro pit inside the oxide layer and the formation of micro crack source.
