摘要

Abstract

The microstructure and mechanical properties of 1Cr18Ni9 steel tube were studied by means of deformation and aging treatment,and the relationship between the microstructure and properties and the tensile deformation of 1Cr18Ni9 steel was studied.The results show that the tensile strength,yield strength and hardness of the steel tube increase with the increase of tensile deformation,whereas the elongation decreases.The hardness greatly increases with the increase of deformation,while aging time has little effect on the hardness.After aging treatment at 800 ℃ for 3 000 h,the plasticity of the steel pipe at 750 ℃ reduces;while the plasticity of the tensile-deformed steel pipe increases.
