Hysteresis Behavior of SUS630 Steel for Elastic Body of Electronic Sensor After Different Heat Treatment
摘要
Abstract
SUS630 is electronic sensor elastomer material.The microstructural changes of the SUS630 steel after heat treatment were observed by transmission electron microscop,its mechanical properties,hysteresis performance and friction performance were tested,and the forming mechanism of the hysteresis phenomenon was analyzed.The results show that the steel SUS630 after solid solution of 1 050 ℃ ×100 min + cryogenic treatment of-70 ℃ ×250 min + artificial aging treatment of 500 ℃ ×250 min has the smaller relative hysteresis error,its relative hysteresis error increase with the increase of stress and load,with the increase of strain,the internal friction increases while the modulus decrease.In the elastic range,the hysteresis of SUS630 steel is due to the deformation of the micro zone caused by dislocation slip in the material.关键词
