汽车发动机缸体的表面改性行为研究
Research on Surface Modification of Cylinder Block of Automobile Engine
摘要
Abstract
The microstructure of Ni60,Ni60+12%WC and Ni60+12%WC+6%Mo alloy powder coating on cylinder block of automobile engine were studied by plasma spraying and flame remelting processing.And the porosity and wear resistance of the three kinds of the coatings were analyzed.The results show that the main combination style of the plasma spraying coating and the substrate is mechanical combination,and the combination style the coating and the substrate is metallurgical bonding after flame remelting.The porosity of remelting coating is grcatly rcduccd than that of plasma spraying coating,and the wear resistance is significantly improved.The wear volume of both sprayed coatings and remelted coating from big to small is as follow:Ni60>Ni60+12% WC>Ni60+12% WC+6% Mo.关键词
