Abstract
The reason for dot corrosion (DC) of the paint film on auto sheet after painting was researched in labrotary.The microstructure and the chemistcal component of the corrosion products wcrc analyzed by S-3400N type of SEM and EDS.The results show the inclusion in auto sheet surface makes the coverage and unitbrrnity of paint film reduce,leading to the dot corrosion of paint film.One of the solving way is to control the mould caster to decrease the inclusiong quantity and increase the quality of surface cold rolling sheet.关键词
