摘要

Abstract

In allusion to the cracking situation of the girder of the ladle cranes,the calculation under full load situation was carried on based on finite element analysis method.It is found that cracking position is the place where the stress is bigger,but the stress is much lower than the yield limit of the material.The crack of the girder were seen in the welding joint between girder upper cover plate and main web plate,and the main reason is local stress.
