摘要

Abstract

Combined with the rapid casting of the turbine shell in the turbocharger,according to the thermal characteristics of the printed sample material,some kind of adjustment was taken to ensure the casting precision in casting process.Based on the 3D mathematical model,the multiple casting process was designed by orthogonal experiment to determine the pouring temperature based on the shell temperature,injection temperature and some other parameters,combining with the actual technological process to extract boundary conditions,using Pro/CAST to simulate the process of casting filling and solidification,so as to solve the shortage in the process of filling and solidification.The trying pouting castings were completed on the basis of multi-parameters and optimized schemes to verify the rationality of the casting process.
