摘要
Abstract
The influence of sintering process parameters on the density,microhardness and mechanical properties of high-Si aluminum alloy was studied.The results show that,with the increase of the sintering temperature at the same pressure,the density of the alloy increases first then decreases,and reach its maximum value at 1 000 ℃.When the pressure is below 200 Mpa,the microhardness of the alloy keeps increasing.When the pressure is 250 Mpa,the microhardness of the alloy increases first then decreases,and reached its minimum value at the temperature of 1 000 ℃.With the increase of the sintering temperature at the same pressure,the thermal conductivity of the alloy keeps increasing.The density,microhardness and thermal conductivity keeps increasing with the increase of pressure under same temperature.关键词
