摘要

Abstract

The effect of rare earth composite modification on the mechanical properties and wear resistance of Al-Si alloy was investigated by using Ce-La composite rare earth,and the influence of the cooling rate on the properties of Al-20%Si alloy was investigated.The research results show that the Al-20%Si compound modifier has double metamorphism,when the addition of rare earth Ce is 0.5%,La is 0.6%,the mechanical properties of Al-Si alloy is best,the tensile strength and elongation are 268.5 MPa and 0.52%,respectively.Ce-La composite modifier can refine the alloy,rare earth eutectic silicon is more sensitive to the cooling rate,the increase of the cooling rate can effectively refine the alloy.
