摘要
Abstract
The new forming process of sand mould casting for magnesium alloy electric control box was studied,and the optimizing process of pouring technology was discussed.The casting technology and solidification process were numerically simulated to predict casting defects and repeatedly optimize process design,so as to get the optimal design process with smooth mold filling and reasonable solidification sequence.Experiments show that,after the technical optimization,the defects in the produced casting are rare,the optimal process can be used for mass production.关键词
