摘要

Abstract

Taking crank casting as an example,the investment casting process was numerically simulated using computer aided design technology.The simulation results show that the filling time of the crank casting is 8.213 6 s,the defects may be produced in filling process.Through the optimization of the casting process,when the casting speed is 0.8 m/s,the defects in the castings can be effectively eliminated,the quality of investment castings is improved.
