摘要

Abstract

The method of adding V into 20MnSi screw-thread steel to improve its mechanical properties was studied.The target steel samples were obtained successfully by smelting vanadium iron,manganese and silicon nitride manganese nitride in vacuum furnaces and then heat treatment.The results show,when the content of V is 0.015%,0.015%,0.04% and 0.05%,the average grain size of the steel samples is 8.2,5.5,3.4 and 5.5 μm,respectively.Grain size reduces with the increase of vanadium content.The yield strength and tensile strength present parabola curves with vanadium content.The maximum value of yield strength and tensile strength are 886 MPa and 1 055 MPa when the vanadium content is 0.04%.Elongation increases with the increase of vanadium content,the elongation rate is up to 23.4%.The impact energy of steel samples is up to 99.8 J under room temperature.The improved steel samples can meet the national standards GB50204-2002.
