摘要

Abstract

The influence of controlled cooling self tempering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel HG60 was studied by means of GT800,SEM,TEM,OM,and so on.The results show that,with the increase of self tempering temperature,the grain size of the steel increases,the number of bainite and ferrite increases,the yield strength decreases,while the number of M-A island increases,the tensile strength is slightly higher,and the yield strength ratio and impact energy (-40) decrease.The self tempering temperature,at which the HG60 steel can meet the requirements of low yield ratio properties,is 590~620 ℃.
