摘要

Abstract

Through adding grapheme and TiC into YG6 cemented carbide powder and using the ball-milling-sintering method,the composites materials used for cutting tools of titanium alloy were produced.Meanwhile,the microstructure,mechanical properties and milling performance of the composites were also investigated.The results show that the addition of grapheme and TiC can improve the mechanical property and milling performance of the composites materials,especial when adding 0.35% grapheme and 0.15% TiC;compared with the YG6 cemented carbide powder without addition,the composites materials with the addition of 0.35% grapheme and 0.15% TiC can be improved by 53.0% in the bending strength,while reduced by 82.3% in wear volume.
