摘要

Abstract

Through the method of thermal simulating on 20MnSi steel for construction to obtain CCT curve,a controlled rolling and controlled cooling process was designed according to the results of the CCT curve,and the microstructure and mechanical properties of 20MnSi steel with conventional cooling and controlled rolling&controlled cooling process were analyzed.The results show that the core microstructure of 20MnSi steel is ferrite and pearlite,and the location with 1/2 radius is ferrite,pearlite and a small amount of Troostite,the edge region is tempered Sorbite and a small amount of Troostite;the grain size of the center region is 8.5 grade,the ferrite grain size of the 1/2 radius is 10 grade;the yield strength and tensile strength of 20MnSi steel with controlled rolling are higher than that with conventional process,the elongation and the ratio of intensity and yield strength is lower than the latter,but all meet the national standard for HRB400 steel;with the increase of cooling bed temperature,yield strength and tensile strength of 20MnSi steel gradually decrease,and the elongation and hardening ratio increases with the increase of cooling bed temperature.
