摘要

Abstract

Ni-Mo-P-Si3N4 coating was prepared on mechanical hydraulic rod surface by electroless plating method,and the effect of pH value and Si3N4 addition on the volume fraction of Si3N4 surface deposition rate of the coating was studied,the surface morphology of the coating were observed,the friction and wear properties of different coatings were analyzed.The results show that the deposition rate of the coating on mechanical hydraulic rod gets the maximum value when pH is 7.5;with the increase of Si3N4 in the plating,the volume fraction of the Si3N4 in the coating surface first increases and then decreases,the surface deposition rate of the coating has a decreasing trend;with the increase of volume fraction of Si3N4 in chemical plating solution,average friction coefficient of mechanical hydraulic rod first increases and then decreases,and wear scar width has a trend of gradual decreasing.
