Effect of AlTiB Grain Refinement Agent on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of ZL210A Alloy
摘要
Abstract
The method of adding microscale AlTiB grain refinement agent were used to improve the stability of matching in strength and plasticity of ZL210A alloy.The results show that microscale AlTiB grain refinement agent can increase the nucleation of ZL210A alloy significantly during solidification process,refine microstrueture of as-cast and heat treated alloys,the strength and hardness of the alloy can be increased by 5.3％ and 8.8％,respectively,and the elongation be increased by 232％ compared with ZL210A alloy without AlTiB grain refinement agent.关键词
