Computer Aided Study on Nano Pb Particles Displacement of Casting Copper Alloy in Solidification Process

Abstract
Nano Pb particles displacement of casting copper alloy (ZCuZn38Mn2Pb2) in solidification process was investigated using computer software 3D-deform,the ZCuZn38Mn2Pbx alloy samples with different lead concentrations were obtained by vacuum induction furnace melting and centrifugal casting.The microstructure and variation law of the alloy was obtained.Subsequently,the conclusion and the experimental results are obtained by using the small angle X ray scattering technique,which can provide a theoretical basis for improving the uniformity of the material,and provide research method for reinforcing the strength and toughness of materials.关键词
